Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of inkfunnels.com (the “Site”) and all products and services offered by Frank Low, LLC (“Ink Funnels,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Product

Ink Funnels is a software-and-content product for tattoo artists. The $29 entry includes:

The Ink Funnels course (lifetime access via Skool)
The Ink Funnels community (lifetime access via Skool)
A 14-day free trial of the Ink Funnels software (CRM, calendar, automations, unified inbox, daily digest)
All listed bonuses (scripts, templates, no-show system, profitability blueprint, branded website)

After the 14-day trial, the software is $99 per month, billed monthly, cancel any time, no contract.

2. Pricing and Payment

$29 entry: one-time charge for course + community + bonuses + 14-day software trial
$99/month: software subscription after the trial; cancel any time
All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted

By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees through our payment processor.

3. Refund Policy

You may request a full refund of your $29 entry payment within 7 days of purchase by emailing [email protected]. No questions asked. You will continue to retain access to the course, community, and bonuses after the refund.

The $99/month software subscription is non-refundable for past months. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges.

4. Acceptable Use

When using Ink Funnels, you agree not to:

Resell or redistribute course content, community access, or software credentials
Use the platform for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access non-public parts of the system
Send messages through the software that violate TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or applicable laws
Misrepresent yourself or your business

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. SMS Communications

Use of our SMS features (whether sending to your customers or receiving from us) is subject to our Privacy Policy and to all applicable laws including TCPA. You are solely responsible for obtaining valid consent from anyone you message through the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within the product (text, video, software, designs) is owned by Frank Low, LLC or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. You do not acquire any ownership rights.

7. Disclaimers

The product is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes; results depend on your effort, market, and execution. Tattoo industry results are illustrative, not guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frank Low, LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the product shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Frank Low, LLC is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance.
